I am here to serve you as a Kahu (similar to an ordained pastor or priest), Master Certified Life Coach and healer. I was ordained as Kahu La'akeaokamaluhia (The Sacred Light of Peace and Inspired Hope)
I start by supporting You to Bring the Physical, Mental, Emotional and Spiritual into Harmony. I do this by blending Master Level Coaching, Hawaiian Healing Techniques, Divine Source Code and Intuition. In essence, it’s bringing you to a place of happiness, authenticity and truth.Jeff Bow is a wizard at what he does. He’s the Marie Kondo of “tidying up” your psyche. Purge the energy vampires of your imprisoning memories and rutty patterns, but keep the best part of your past experiences to springboard into your optimal future.
I’ve been to pastors, counselors, and spiritual directors. There’s no one like Jeff. His methods are not unfamiliar to me, but he’s packaged them into laser-like effectiveness.

My Observation
I have noticed in my 17+ years of life and business coaching and previous 20 years of experience as a leader in the corporate world, that we as a society are drifting father away from our true nature. Our tendency now is to look outside of ourselves for happiness, success and connection. These methods may come in many addictive forms. Some of these methods may include
shopping, drugs, drinking, over working, sex, food, blame, gossip, hoarding, negativity, gambling, negative self talk, etc. The consequences of these actions may surface in other areas of your life without you knowing. I know with all certainty that this is not our true nature. Our true nature or truth is love (aloha); Love for self. Love for others.
Many times we are living in the present based on memories of the past. Changing those memories in the present helps to move you forward towards a direction that better serves you.
I believe in you! I believe that you have within you the power to create and live a fulfilling life. I can support you in refocusing your attention so that your energy goes into harnessing your power from within. There are no limits to the possibilities that exist. The world is what you think it is.

I'm happy I met Jeff at a friend's house. I was limping from arthritis in my knee and using a cane. He asked me if I wanted the pain to go away and I said yes. He used his Soul Pono Method and was able to take my pain from a 7 out of 10 (worst) down to zero. I also had a pain in my carpal tunnel arm which he brought down to a zero too. He is amazing!
